Annual Camera Club Potluck Fiesta

Note: To register a guest, sign up a second time using the member's email address and enter the first and last name of the guest.

Last day to register is Sunday, March 12, 2017!

Arrive @ 5:30pm – Dinner @ 6:00pm, No Early Arrivals (except for workers)

The potluck is open to all Camera Club members. Each member may bring one guest.

The Club will be providing ham, rolls and butter.

Those attending are asked to bring a dish for 8 - 10 persons for each 2 attendees. Follow the chart below on what dish to bring. If you last name starts with:

• A to J: Salad
• K to P: Dessert
• Q to Z: Hot Dish

• *Please note: NO plug-in pots will be allowed*

Do not bring serving utensils. If bringing a dish that needs to be cut or divided, please cut at home. It is too time consuming to do this at the potluck. And the longer it takes us to get everything ready, the longer you will have to wait in the lobby. – Thank You!

Disposable plates, forks, spoons & glasses will be provided. BYOB if you want something other than Water, Coffee or Tea.

To attend this event you must be a member of GVR and the GVR Camera Club or a guest of a member.
